Return & Exchange Policy

At TechGo, we are committed to delivering quality products and a reliable shopping experience. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Exchange

We offer exchange only (no refunds) under the following conditions:

  • The product received is defective
  • The product is not working upon arrival

No exchanges will be provided for reasons other than those listed above.

Exchange Request Timeframe

Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

Condition of Items for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and included items must be intact

Products showing signs of use, damage due to mishandling, or tampering will be rejected.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Discounted or clearance items

Exchange Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If the issue is verified, a replacement product will be dispatched
  • If the product is found to be working correctly, the exchange request will be declined

No cash refunds will be issued in any case.

Shipping Responsibility

For all approved exchange cases:

  • The customer is responsible for one side of the shipping cost (either returning the product or receiving the replacement)
  • TechGo will bear the remaining one side of the shipping cost

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
